These terms apply when you use an app made by RadEqual (“we”, “us”). The general part applies to all of them, and each app has its own section below with anything specific to it. By using an app, you agree to these terms and to our Privacy Policy.
Noir, which appears on our homepage, is a private project and isn’t offered to the public.
We own our apps, their names and their designs. These terms give you a licence to use them, not ownership of them. What you create or add stays yours.
We work hard to make our apps reliable, but we provide them “as is”, without any promise that they’ll always be available, error-free, or suitable for a particular purpose. We aren’t responsible for third-party services, content or streams that you use with our apps.
To the extent the law allows, we aren’t liable for indirect or consequential loss, or for loss of data, profit or business, and our total liability to you is limited to the amount you paid us for the app in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing in these terms limits liability that can’t be limited by law, such as for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud, and nothing affects your statutory rights as a consumer.
We may update these terms as our apps change or new ones launch. We’ll change the date at the top when we do, and if you keep using an app after that, the updated terms apply.
These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and its courts have jurisdiction. If you live elsewhere in the UK or in the EU, you also keep the protection of your local consumer law and can bring a claim in your local courts.

iPhone, iPad and Apple Vision Pro
Reel is a media player. It plays IPTV playlists (M3U links or Xtream Codes logins) that you add yourself. RadEqual doesn’t provide, host, sell or link to any channels or content, and has no relationship with your provider.
We may suspend or close an account that we reasonably believe is being used to break the law or these terms.
We give you a personal, non-transferable licence to use Reel on Apple devices you own or control. If you got Reel from the App Store, Apple’s Licensed Application End User Licence Agreement also applies. Where it and these terms differ, these terms add to it, and Apple’s agreement wins on anything it requires. Apple isn’t responsible for Reel or its support; we are.
Reel Pro is available as a monthly subscription, which starts with a one-week free trial, or as a one-time lifetime purchase. Both are bought through the App Store.
You can stop using Reel and delete your account at any time (Settings → Account → Delete Account). Cancelling a subscription is done separately, through Apple. We may change or stop offering Reel; if we stop, we’ll give reasonable notice where we can.
macOS
Prose is free. We give you a personal licence to download it from radequal.com and use it on your Macs. Please don’t redistribute it or pass it off as your own.
Prose updates itself from radequal.com when you accept an update. Transcriptions come from Apple’s on-device speech model and can contain mistakes, so check anything important before you send it.
macOS
hpy.ninja is free to use for now. We may introduce pricing in a future version, and we’ll say so clearly before anything is charged. The app checks its licence when it starts and needs to reach our licence server to do so.
hpy runs coding agents such as Claude Code on your behalf. You’re responsible for what they do on your Mac and in your accounts, and for following the terms of the services they use, such as Anthropic’s and GitHub’s.
